Background: Obstructed labour is associated with significant maternal and perinatal morbidity mortality. Objective: To determine the incidence of obstructed its outcomes. Materials Methods: This retrospective survey was carried out between 1st January, 2016 31st December, 2020. Data were retrieved, entered into a pre-designed proforma, analysed using IBM SPSS version 23.0. Results presented in frequencies percentages. Results: The case from this study 1.1%. Unbooked status nulliparity featured prominently demographics women. commonest cause cephalopelvic disproportion (84.6%). Of all women, 76.9% referred traditional birth attendant’s homes. There Conclusion: In view mortality observed our study, approach to scourge should be directed towards prevention.
